How long have you suffered from depression

I have suffered with depression for 14 years now, but im getting help now. xx

Oh hun...do you see a councillor or have medication?
My partner was seriously depressed when I met him and with help from both councillors and medication, he's managed to get through it, I hope you do too

ive just started councilling, it seems to be going ok so far, so lets hope it carrys on that way. will say i am feeling loads better now then i have done in a very long time. xx

well thats really good to hear hun, sometimes it good to let everything out to a stranger, because you don't feel judged etc keep yr chin up, and if you're havin a poo day,come on here and rant and rave to us lot xxx

i have suffered severe depression and anxiety over 10 years now

i have suffered from depression for 22 years it went undiagnosed until i had my daughter in 2006, i was 8 years old when it started (1987) just after the hurricane. My counsellor and doctor both took it right back til then.
