do you ever get days when you cry for nothing?today i have been bursting into tears for no reason i just keep starting and stopping dont know why,it might be delayed shock from abbie being in hospital,i dont know im just really down at the mo.

Yea, I cry all the time hun, normally over nothing or really silly things, its got 10 times worse now I'm pregnant and have my raging hormones lol!

Sometimes a good cry just lets everything out, I find crying better than talking to people sometimes xx

yup I do.. all the time.. even befrore I was pregnant..
its good to have a good cry though
1) its not all getting bottled up

i agree i cry at silly things but i think crying makes u stronger iykwim the other day my hoover stopped working and i sat on the floor and sobbed so much and alex come up to me and said sit down and pointed to the floor and sat down i did laugh and it made me come round why is being a woman so blinking hard sometimes lol xxxx
