really fain line confused ????

hi everyone
today i did a superdrug own brand test and it came up with a really faint positiv line but i could see it clearly but it was just faint. could this mean im pregnant?????? iv had some sighns like being sick most of the days and lots of head ache .
im due my period on the 3 of april.
